At 2:30 on Nov 10th our annual Veterans Day Assembly will begin in the Gym honoring all of our Veterans who have served in our Armed Forces. This year the featured speaker is Mrs. Jennifer Edgeller.
On Friday November 10th students in grades K-8 will be attending the Veterans Day Parade which begins at 11 am. Permission slips will be sent home this week for your child to participate and attend.
The PTO is conducting a penny war fund drive this week. All of the money raised goes to helping with student incentives and baskets for families in this years food drive.
Tomorrow, Tuesday Nov 7th we will have Cross Country pictures at 1 pm. Forms have been sent home today with students for Cross Country Pictures and if needed forms are available at the front office.

REMINDER - PTO meeting Oct 10th at 4pm
Due to the present weather conditions and the potential for inclement weather forecast, we need to postpone the WPMS CC Meet for tonight. The meet has been rescheduled for Monday 10-9-17 and hope that you will be able to attend. That meet will start at 4 PM and follow the same schedule. For any CC members who are not attending the meet, there will be NO CC practice Tonight or Monday evening.
ALSO, don't forget tomorrow is Baseball and Softball Picture Day! All players need to bring their uniforms for pictures and then turn in their uniform after pictures are over.
Friday September 29th is the annual fall festival hosted by the Junction Hill PTO. Please make time to come participate in the fun and activities the classes and organizations have planned. The fun begins at 5pm and last until 7. We hope to see you all there.
